Thanks to an extremely thin endoscopic instrument called "Slim” even the most narrow stenotic tracts can be accessed, obtaining biopsy samples to study the stenosis and perform endoscopy maneuvers such as the enlargement of the tract and/or positioning enteral prosthesis to treat the stenosis.
