Transplant Coordinator

The Transplant Coordinator is a new nursing role introduced for the first time in Italy at ISMETT.
The TC is an interface between ISMETT and the patients, making sure all the tasks required to manage and coordinate all the therapeutic stages are duly performed, and following patients, even after they are discharged from the hospital.
