The annual plan for ISMETT Quality and Patient Safety Improvement reflects the philosophy of the organization with regard to continual improvement of hospital performance. The plan foresees the establishment of the Total Council Quality and Patient Safety (TCQPS) Strategic Committee, which also serves as the Clinical Risk Management Committee and as a liaison between the Board of Directors and the QPS committees.
