Visiting hours

Intensive Care Unit:
from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., and from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., only 2 visitors at a time are allowed, and no other visitors will be authorized.

All other units:
From 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. only one visitor is allowed, and no other visitors will be authorized.
From 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. a second visitor is allowed, and no other visitors will be authorized.

The above regulations have been adopted to protect patients from the risk of infections, and allow for regular clinical activity.

For reasons of hygiene, no food can be brought to patients. Visitors must be age 12 or older.

No visitors are allowed to stay overnight. Our nursing staff will be taking care of patients at all times, 24/7.

Pediatric patients
One parent is always allowed in the SDU (Step-Down Unit), also at night. Other family members follow visiting hours.

In the ICU, only one parent or guardian is permitted. If the patient is alert, a parent must be present, also at night. If the patient is sedated, parents must follow visiting hours: both parents are allowed in the room at the same time.
