By car
From the motorway
Follow the Palermo ring road and take the Via Ernesto Basile exit. Continue along Via Ernesto Basile and follow the signs for ISMETT or Ospedale Civico.
From Palermo Central Railway Station
Follow Corso Tukory and follow the signs for ISMETT.
By train from Falcone Borsellino International Airport
The Trinacria Express railway service connects the Airport with Vespri Station, near ISMETT. Trains run approximately every 30–60 minutes.
By bus
From Palermo Central Railway Station
Take bus line 246.
From Piazza Politeama
Take bus line 108.
The bus stop is located on Via Tricomi, directly in front of the pedestrian entrance to ISMETT.
By Metro
Get off at Vespri Station, approximately a 10-minute walk from ISMETT.
From and to the Airport
A shuttle bus service connects Falcone Borsellino Airport with Palermo Central Railway Station.
