IRCCS ISMETT provides registration desks and an advanced electronic system designed to simplify patient access to scheduled clinical services.

Upon arrival at ISMETT, our staff will assist you in using the electronic kiosk to select the service you require.

The main steps are as follows:

  1. Take your queue ticket by touching the kiosk screen.
  2. Wait in the designated area. The screens will display the registration desk you need to go to when it is your turn.
  3. Proceed to the registration desk, bringing the required personal documents with you.
  4. The staff will complete the check-in and registration procedures.

In the case of hospital admission, your medical record will be prepared and you will be informed of your assigned unit and room.

OPC

Outpatient Visits

For outpatient appointments, once the check-in and registration procedures have been completed, you will receive a document containing:

  • The services planned for the day.
  • The room where your appointment or procedure will take place.
  • Your number for that room.
  • Directions on the routes to follow and the designated waiting areas.

The screens in the waiting areas will display your queue number and the room where your scheduled consultation or procedure will take place.

Our reception staff are always available to provide assistance and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
