Given its legal status as a publicly owned company, ISMETT – Istituto Mediterraneo per i Trapianti e Terapie ad Alta Specializzazione S.r.l. is subject to the obligations of publication, transparency, and dissemination of information set out in Legislative Decree 33 of 14 March 2013, as amended and supplemented, limited to data and information relating to activities of public interest governed by national or EU law, pursuant to and for the purposes of article 2-bis, para. 3, of the same Legislative Decree.
